A/C Tune Up

Our A/C Tune up, scheduled during the months of March, April and May includes:

• Check blower motor amperage and blower wheel cleanliness
• Check supply and return for air leaks
• Check suction and liquid line pressures and temperatures
• Check compressor and condensor fan motor amperage
• Check fan relay, run capacitor, start capacitor and relay and electrical components
• Check line voltage and control wiring
• Check electrical connections for tightness
• Check condensor and evaporator coil cleanliness
• Check bearings and lubricate if needed
• Recording temperature drop across the evaporator coil
• Check drain lines
• Check freon level and refrigerant line rubbing
• Calibrate thermostat
• Provide a written report of the inspection.

Heat Safety Check

Scheduled in October, November and December, we perform a Heat Safety Check on your heating equipment. During this service we check:

• Inspection of heat exchanger (gas furnace)
• Check blower assembly
• Inspect flue pipe for proper venting
• Test safety switches and controls
• Provide a written report of the inspection
