Very happy with Guys A/C & Heating. Philip did not try to upsell equipment immediately which I liked. Gave me choice between repairs or replacement. And, he was not aggressive, very low key (which is nice). Also looked them up in BBB and although they are not member, they had a AAA rating.

The guys were wonderful and everyone was very nice. Guys went above & beyond by telling me about problems with electrical wiring and what needed to be done to get fixed. I offered to buy them lunch and they refused. Will refer them to anyone who asks.

Incredible service. Gut that was out to my house was awesome & let my 8 yr old son watch & help him get things. Guys took care of problem in 2 days & we had been trying to take of this for over a month. I will refer Guys to everyone I know.

I should have checked this site out a long time back, Dec. 2008.....Chad came to my home, he was truely refreshing...I have been in Retail and Service Business most all of my life. I appreciated Chad up front and honest approach to my Heat and Air needs for my home and business. Everything he promised has come true, my bills are reasonable, and alergies much better. His crew was polite and prompt and cleaned up their work area before leaving my home..... Chad always seem to follow thru, that is difference between a family owned business that must have service after the sale and live up to what is promised===that's why they are still serviceing this area's needs....
