On behalf of the Preteen Camp Committee of Tryon Evergreen Baptist Association, we would like to give you a tremendously big thank you for your help for obtaining an ice machine. Your kindness is greatly appreciated.

We just returned from being at camp for a week and I want to tell you that the ice machine was a huge help in keeping the campers, sponsors, and our Elite Fleet recreation staff supplied with cool drinks during the day. It was more than sufficient to meet our needs.

We pray that the Lord will bless you in your business and in your life, as you have certainly blessed ours.

On June 5-6, 2002 a crew from Guy's A/C installed a new Lennox Elite (5 tons) cooling and heating system in our home in Kingwood. The Crew was Steve (lead man), Mike, Mark and a dark haired man, whose name escapes me just now, (Steve called him "the attic rat"), who did all the duct work. Our salesman was John Nieman, and Ralph Conley was there much of the time as well.

I want you to know that you have very fine people working for you. John Nieman is a Christian man of great integrity, who does what he says he will do, he is mannerly and courteous, shows up on time, and knows what he is talking about. He is the main reason we awarded our business to Guy's. He is believable, we found it easy to trust him.

The crew that came to our home to install the system greatly exceeded our expectations. All these men were very friendly, and very tolerant of my questions and prying into their various installation tasks. They all worked hard. In visiting with Mark on the second day, he paused and looked me in the eye and said, "Mr. Taylor, if I thought that you thought I was not doing my best job, I would be very concerned". I really appreciated him saying that because I could tell that he was very sincere.

I watched all these men perform our installation. The man that did the ductwork was very careful to get a good seal at every junction. Steve and Mike were so very neat with the heating and cooling equipment in the attic. Mark did the installation of the condensers outside and was very deliberate and careful. Steve charged the systems and took a lot of time to make sure that the Freon charge was just right. He and Ralph exhibited a great amount of knowledge and expertise concerning heating and cooling that only years of experience will supply. They answered all my questions, took care with every detail. Laid down drop cloths left no mess, and were a pleasure to have in our home. Your son-in-law even came by to monitor progress, we had plenty of attention focused on a successful installation. In looking back, we consider ourselves very fortunate for having chosen Guy's for our heating and a/c installation and would do it the same way if we were doing it over. I now come home to a very comfortable 73 degrees in the evening and it feels so good!

Guy's has our business going forward, we are detailed perfectionists, and you satisfied us, and we will be glad to refer others to you. If you keep good people like those that came to our home, your business will surely prosper!

Kindest Regards,
Aaron & Ann Kingwood, TX

When we needed our central air unit reconnected after our home was moved, we checked out several businesses with the Better Business Bureau and made a lot of phone inquiries prior to making our decision to go with your company. With major renovations underway on our home, it was critical for us to find excellent service at a reasonable price. Thank you for the fantastic service. Everyone at your company is courteous and professional to deal with at every level.

We would recommend Guy's Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone in your service areas. You and your technicians provided us with professional and courteous customer service at a reasonable price, and we would like to continue to use your services in the future. You were upfront with your prices and didn't play games with us. There were no surprises. You and your staff set a standard of service and fair prices that other ac/heating contractors should follow.

There are so many rip-off scams out there, that it's hard to find reputable businesses that you can really trust with services that you need for your home. We really feel at ease with your company and we want others to benefit from this as well.

Our church has been greatly blessed this last week by the installation of the heating/air conditioning systems in our new building. Guy Hancock and five other men came and did a wonderful job of installing the three five-ton units.

I understand from Guy that the Lennox equipment was discounted and we would like to express our great appreciation for your generosity in providing these units. We cannot thank you enough! We appreciate your sensitivity to the needs of the church, and we pray God's blessing on you. We realize that God has provided this equipment for us at a tremendous savings, and we again thank you for the part you have played in not only meeting our needs but supplying them at such a reduced price.

Each time I turn on our new Lennox units and we are cooled and made comfortable by the air conditioning or warmed by the heater. I will think of you and "I thank my God every time I remember you" (Philippians 1:3). Our prayer is that God will manifest His blessings upon you and your company.

In His service,

Rev. E Russell Young
